REACH Initiative

Legal Aid of Nebraska’s Raising Effective Advocacy for Crime Victim Health and Safety (REACH) provides information and free civil legal assistance to victims of elder abuse, financial exploitation, and domestic violence.

Common legal issues we help with

  • Benefits: Food Stamps, Unemployment Insurance, Access to government programs
  • Children and Families: Protection orders, Divorce, Paternity, Child support and custody, Power of Attorney
  • Exploitation: Consumer Fraud, Financial Exploitation, Identity Theft, Report abuse
  • Housing: Evictions and foreclosures, Public housing benefits
