You may be eligible for a set aside if you have not had ANY CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS WITHIN THE LAST TWO YEARS; you were convicted of a crime for which you were sentenced to jail for one year or less, sentenced to probation, or were ordered to pay a fine, and you successfully completed your sentence. You are eligible for a record sealing if you had criminal charges brought against you that were dismissed.
