Legal Aid’s 2026 Equal Justice Partners to match all donations in May

Six Law Firms and Service Vendors have committed matching funds

 

OMAHA, NE – Today, Legal Aid of Nebraska announced a pool of $15,000 available for matching all donations in May of 2026. This fund will include donations given through local days: North Platte Giving Day, Give Hastings, Go Big GIVE Grand Island, and Give to Lincoln Day.

Participating match sponsors include: Woods Aitken LLP, Baird Holm LLP, Husch Blackwell, Hightower Reff Law, CFO Systems, LLC; and InfiNet Solutions, Inc.: Technology People.  

Legal Aid of Nebraska provides information, referrals, advice, self-help services, and representation to qualifying low-income individuals with civil legal issues. They serve all 93 counties in Nebraska with issues like domestic violence, elder abuse, financial abuse, unlawful evictions and debt collection, and benefits denials.

This matching gift is a great way to make a collective impact that offers hope and improves lives across our state.”
