 t you to set an appointment time and make sure you have the required docum
 ents. Douglas and Sarpy County residents only. \n\nNo walk-ins\, must appl
 y in advance.\n\nYou may be eligible to set aside your conviction if you w
 ere convicted of a crime\, and you were:\n* Sentenced to jail for one year
  or less\; and/or\n* Sentenced to probation and successfully completed pro
 bation\; and/or\n* Sentenced to pay a fine and paid the fine\; and\n* You 
 have not committed any crimes for the last two years (this is not a legal 
 requirement\, it is recommendation that we advise\, based on our experienc
 e with the court granting the set aside)\n* Are a resident of Douglas or S
 arpy County\n\nYou are NOT eligible if:\n* You have pending criminal charg
 es anywhere in the US\n* You are required to register as a sex offender\n*
  Your conviction was related to vehicular homicide\n* OR if you have had a
 ny charges brought within the last 2 years\n\nYou may be eligible for a re
 cord sealing if:\n* Criminal charges were filed and brought against you an
 d those charges were dismissed\n* You are a resident of Douglas or Sarpy C
 ounty
