 e convicted of a crime\, and you were:\n* Sentenced to jail for one year o
 r less\; and/or\n* Sentenced to probation and successfully completed proba
 tion\; and/or\n* Sentenced to pay a fine and paid the fine\; and\n* You ha
 ve not committed any crimes for the last two years (this is not a legal re
 quirement\, it is recommendation that we advise\, based on our experience 
 with the court granting the set aside)\n* Are a resident of Douglas or Sar
 py County\n\nYou are NOT eligible if:\n* You have pending criminal charges
  anywhere in the US\n* You are required to register as a sex offender\n* Y
 our conviction was related to vehicular homicide\n* OR if you have had any
  charges brought within the last 2 years\n\nYou may be eligible for a reco
 rd sealing if:\n* Criminal charges were filed and brought against you and
